What is a seamless gutter? Aluminum seamless gutters are extruded with a roll forming machine. Flat aluminum coil is brought in in large flat rolls, fed into the back of the gutter machine where the coil is bent into the shape of the gutter and measured to length on the job site. A seamless gutter can be made in long length in one piece. No seams means no leaks.
